About Jen
I'm Jen Plahm, a global PR professional with more than 17 years of experience, primarily in travel and tourism. I've worked in Chicago, Park City and the Gold Coast, building media relationships and developing campaigns for destinations, tourism organizations and travel brands.
I built The PR Assistant because I know how much time goes into the work behind good PR: research, media outreach, pitching, planning and keeping up with clients. I wanted to create a tool that makes those tasks easier, gives PR professionals more time to think creatively and helps them do their best work without losing the personal relationships at the heart of the industry.
