An AI press release writer that uses your client's voice
Press release writer drafts the whole release from a few lines of news: the headline, the dateline, an opening paragraph that answers who, what, when and where, a quote from a named spokesperson, and the boilerplate. It starts from what you have saved for the client, so the draft sounds like them.

Who it is for
PR consultants, in-house communications teams and agency teams who write releases for clients every week and want a solid first draft to edit.
You get
- A headline built from the news itself
- A dateline and an opening paragraph
- Quotes only from your named spokespeople
- Your boilerplate, word for word
- A "Before you send" list of what is missing
What it does, in four steps
- 01
You type the news
Two or three lines: what is happening, when, and who is quoted. Square brackets mark anything you do not have yet.
- 02
It reads the client profile
Voice samples, voice guide, key messages, boilerplate and spokespeople, saved once for each client.
- 03
It drafts the release
Headline, dateline, opening paragraph, quote and boilerplate, in the order a journalist expects.
- 04
It lists what is missing
Dates, numbers and quotes you did not supply stay as clear placeholders, with questions to ask the client.
An example, start to finish
Fennel & Co. is a made-up bakery, and every detail here is invented. This sample shows the shape of a draft. When you run it, it works from your own client and news.
The brief you type in
Press release for Fennel & Co. City: Melbourne. The news: a second shop opens in the former post office on Mill Street, with a bigger oven and seating for 30. The old sorting hall becomes the dining room. Release date: [to be confirmed]. Opening date: [to be confirmed]. Quote from Sam Okafor, Founder: "The first shop ran out of bread by ten every morning, so the second one starts with a bigger oven." Boilerplate: Fennel & Co. is a family bakery in Melbourne that has baked sourdough in batches since 2019. Media contact: Dana Reyes, media@fennelandco.example.

Questions people ask
Where do the quotes come from?
A quote goes only to a spokesperson saved in the client profile. If you did not supply the words, the draft shows a placeholder such as [QUOTE FROM SAM OKAFOR] and lists it under "Fill in".
Will the release sound like my client?
It uses the voice samples, voice guide, key messages and boilerplate you saved for that client. The more you save, the closer the draft gets. You edit it before it goes anywhere.
Can I check the release when it is finished?
Yes. Writing review scores a press release for newsworthiness, structure and tone, explains each flag and offers a rewrite you can apply in one click.
